  • How do I access my course?

    When purchasing a course, you receive a link to this training platform to access your course(s). If you are a new student to training platform, you will also receive an email to activate your account. If you purchased training courses prior to this platform, your account information is not carried over. This is also true for any accounts on our main scalpashop.com website; the two platforms are separate and require a separate account.

  • Why aren't all of my courses showing up?

    If you purchased our courses prior to September 17th, 2020, those courses will not appear on this platform. Please just email [email protected] and we would be more than happy to transfer them over.

  • Why doesn't my progress from before show?

    Our previous platform did not track the progress of our students which is just one of the reasons why we have decided to use this new platform. That being said, because progress was never tracked, it will not show in this new system. This also goes for certifications.

  • Where is my certificate?

    There are a few different reasons why your certificate may not be appearing. 1. If you purchased before November 2020, all certifications were delivered through email. This was our older platform so the certificates do not transfer over. You can find older certificates in your email or can email [email protected] for another copy. 2. Please check the progress of your course. The course will show the progress both before you enter your course and on the left side bar once you are inside. This must be 100% before the certificate can be granted as it is an automated system. Please click through the modules, check your submissions, and be sure you passed your exam prior to emailing for assistance. 3. Lastly, please also check to be sure that your certificate has not been granted. You can check both in the left hand column within your course and in the upper right hand corner within your account settings. If you are still having trouble, please email [email protected]

  • How do I contact my educator?

    You can contact her at anytime at [email protected]. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

  • I am having trouble submitting my work!

    Unfortunately, only one file can be sent per submission. We have provided assignment templates for you to complete and send back in your assignment lesson. Please fill out the requested fields and insert your images directly onto the document using a software such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Our educator will then either approve or reject the assignment with comments before you can proceed.

  • Have a question that is not education related?

    For all other questions regarding products, shipping, returns, damaged goods, missing items, and general inquiries, please email [email protected].

  • How do I edit the name on my certificate?

    The name that appears in your account will print onto your certificate exactly. This can be edited within your account settings in the upper righthand corner. Once the certificate has been granted, the student is no longer able to change the name for that particular certificate. Please email [email protected] for any certificate corrections.
